“Went in to buy Juliana Treasured Trinkets for Christmas presents which was difficult because they have all the same items that they have had for many years. The items they stock have not changed much in the past 5 years except that the prices have gone up enormously. It is time they changed the stock items and got something new in.”

“Only downside is we had to wait 10 min. to get served, considered asking to the next jeweller, nearly did! We spent over£400 so a reasonable purchase. Staff were helpful, watch strap was shortened efficiently and quickly and other purchases delt with efficiently. Would recommend that staff in future when confronted with customers waiting to get served just make an announcement "sorry for the delay,we will be with you asap " or something along those lines.”

“I called into F. Hinds on 11th November to purchase a travel alarm clock as a Christmas present. There was a great variety of stock and the item I preferred was available. The sales assistant (Jacob on the receipt) was very efficient, patient and very smart in appearance. Thanks to all at F. Hinds.”
