“Firstly I must say, my input is not against your store staff, as they were very helpful. I purchased in June a pair of earrings costing £175, that had a glittery band in the centre, it turned out that this was only a glued-on piece of glittery tape, a bit of a con. I took them back to the store for repair, when I collected them today nothing had been done, albeit they offered me 25% off another purchase. they could of at least glued the band back on. what makes it worse is that these were purchased from an inheritance, I think this may be my last purchase at Hinds, very disappointed.”

“Chapelle in Braintree Village was the first shop that I visited and from then on the friendly helpful assistance was foremost in my mind especially the products that I enquired about. This led to a return to the shop and purchase of several items that I wanted to give as Christmas presents.”

“In the last fortnight I have purchased from Hinds, Swindon on two occasions. On both instances I have been served by the manager and on both occasions the politeness, helpfulness and quality of service was amazing. Many other retailers could learn from Hinds. The large range of merchandise and jewellery are of great quality and reasonably priced. Finally, the new shop is very customer friendly and a pleasure to enter and shop within.”
