“Today I bought silver earrings at Chapelle Jewellers Bridgend. There was a good stock of jewellery and the window displays were excellent. The member of staff who served me was very pleasant and courteous. I have shopped at Chapelle in the past and would certainly visit the store again in the future.”

“I popped in to the Cribbs Causeway store, as the chain broke on my lovely Heart necklace. They sent it off for a repair. I picked it up 2 weeks later, all repaired. The first time I put it on, it broke again. I was very disappointed. Popped back to the store today. Saw a lovely assistant called Sarah. I explained what had happened. She was lovely. After going to speak to somebody, she returned, saying they would replace the whole necklace, I really didn't expect that. So I am one very happy customer. And thank you very much Sarah, you are a star.”
