“My wife and I visited the Chapelle Outlet Store in Bridgend looking for a jewellery item to purchase as a gift. We were warmly welcomed into the store by Jenna and given the opportunity to browse the many items on display. We asked to view 2 pieces that seemed to match what we were looking for. A rather unique looking silver bracelet was selected to purchase at an attractive price. Jenna ensured we were happy with the purchase by giving the item a good polish, which brought out the lustre really well and made the item a perfect gift. Really pleased with the service received and the item purchased.”

“Went to the Sheffield Crystal Peaks store 4/11/2023 to collect an online order. I was very pleased with the customer service. We were made welcome and our watch links were adjusted there and then. The gentleman also said that we can come back anytime for adjustment of the watch links. Which was a kind gesture.”
