“We went into the Uxbridge store on Saturday 4th November and had a lovely customer service experience, I can't recall the name of the lady who helped us but she was very friendly, helped properly size my ring finger that I feel confident in selecting an appropriate size for my engagement ring and the options I have to re-size if needed. Prior to coming into F.Hinds, we had gone around all the other 3-4 jewellery stores in Uxbridge and no one else gave the level of service we expected for such a large purchase or ring shopping. We're very happy with our purchase as a result”

“F Hinds woking is a nice clean well presented store the staff are always happy & helpfull I have been shopping in hinds woking for at least 35 yrs & it's always a pleasure to shop there its part of the town, one small bad point they definitely need another working till as had to wait a while as the only 1 they have that takes card payments was in use, not good with Xmas coming”
