“I popped in to the Cribbs Causeway store, as the chain broke on my lovely Heart necklace. They sent it off for a repair. I picked it up 2 weeks later, all repaired. The first time I put it on, it broke again. I was very disappointed. Popped back to the store today. Saw a lovely assistant called Sarah. I explained what had happened. She was lovely. After going to speak to somebody, she returned, saying they would replace the whole necklace, I really didn't expect that. So I am one very happy customer. And thank you very much Sarah, you are a star.”
