“Excellent customer service from your female agent who replaced my watch battery. Very pleasant lady who realising I had little time to wait because I was about to attend my Pilates class replaced my watch battery under your guarantee, as quickly as possible. “I went into Hinds to purchased a silver bangle for my baby granddaughter. The lady that dealt with me was brilliant. She was very pleasant and helped me regarding the correct size. Just sorry that I did not get her name... She certainly had customer care without going over the top.”
