“My partner and myself went to the Walsall branch last weekend, the staff were really considerate and helpful, they are not pushy or hurrying you to decide. I made a lovely choice and didnt think I had been rushed in to it. The gentleman who served us told us about the half price second purchase and showed me a lovely white 22"gold chain for my pendant as the 18" trace chains that come with the pendant never fit me. Brilliant, I felt special.”

“I went into the store today to get a Christmas present for my mum. The lady (Rebecca) who served me was brilliant and friendly. She let me have a look at the gift I wanted to get and informed me of the return policy and as it was a Christmas present I had until the end of January to return it, which I thought was brilliant.”
