“Always helpful with repairs. I took a particularly different diamond ring into day. Although it was stated that one like this had never been repaired it would be sent off with a full description of the ring and what repairs would be needed. A long time was spent looking at this item and writing the description. Other repairs were treated just the same and and a possible answer to the outcome was given to me. Well done,”

“Overall an excellent store but with some shortcomings. Very happy with the quality of items I have purchased so returned today for a replacement battery after nearly 2 years which I have paid for a watch lifetime supply of. Customer service was poor from the assistant who served me - little to no eye contact, voice hardly audible so I couldn't really hear what was being said and a rather sullen attitude came across. Maybe it wasn't a good day for the assistant so I'm prepared to accept it as a one-off. I would recommend F Hinds as a great store with very well priced quality goods.”

“The store at Milton Keynes ordered a ruby and diamond bracelet for me (a gift for my wife). It only took a week and all the staff were very helpful with advice on cleaning and warranty etc. The price I thought was very good for such a hard to find item and most important, my wife is very happy. Thank you to all the Hinds staff for their professionalism, can highly recomend them.”
