Ever since George Henry Hinds opened our first store in 1856, we’ve built our reputation on family values.

Now run by the sixth generation of Hinds members, we have over 1,000 incredible staff across 118 stores and our Uxbridge HQ. They may not all share the Hinds name, but they’re all part of the family. And that family feel is what makes the service we offer you so personal.

“Very disappointing experience. I took my working watch to the shop for a battery replacement and it came out broken. My watch mysteriously developed a fault while it was in the shop, but the staff would not take any responsibility for it. I would give a rating of no stars, if I could.”
