“I've been using F.Hinds at least once a year mainly for watches and watch straps. I bought a Fossil watch which has the "Lifetime Battery Replacement" with them, they either change the battery as you wait or its ready the next day. The staff are always polite and know exactly what they are doing so for me it's excellent all round.”

“The supporters good, however my watch issue was not completely resolved. As Hinds not able to do any service for Kenneth Cole watches, I need to visit another service shop. They have replaced the battery quickly!!”

“I was very pleased with the level of service I received from the lady at F Hinds, when I needed two rings sized. Everything was dealt with efficiently, and, whilst I was given a timescale of two weeks, I received a phone call after one week to say the rings were ready. Very impressed with the workmanship too”

“Overall really positive experience. Most of the staff were very welcoming and helpful. However, struggled to contact the shop by phone following a voice message left for me. Constantly put through to the message service and no call back from anyone. The only criticism, is that the ring I purchased had a very sticky label. I had expected the shop assistant to clean the glue off the ring on removal, but that didn't happen. I found this out when I got the purchase home. Also, no gift bag or packaging for the ring, other than the box. Just lacking that attention to detail.”
