“My wife and I spent some time in the Carmarthen store yesterday (05/12/2023) choosing a watch for me, not a straightforward matter owing to my specific requirements, but the staff were most helpful and patient, and the outcome was very satisfactory. Most importantly, I was assured of their full attention in future if I was in any way dissatisfied with my purchase. All in all it was a pleasant experience and I would not hesitate to visit the store again.”

“I shopped in your store in Stirling today. The wonderful lady who served me was wonderfully helpful, knowledgeable and happy at her work. With care , attention, humour and with fantastic insightful advice I was helped to choose earrings for my 14 year old daughter. It really really helps, and i believe is often overlooked how difficult it can be to work with the general public, but this staff member of yours did your company proud and is indeed a lovely person also- a role model for your staff for sure !”

“I saw two Maserati watches in F. Hinds Jewellers in Stamford. On entering the shop we were greeted by a pleasant young lady who asked could she help. I replied she could and could I look at two Maserati watches that were in the window. The young lady showed me the two watches and explained the differences between the two watches. I tried the watch on my wrist, and the bracelet was adjusted to fit. The young lady was very pleasant throughout my visit, and I would shop there again in the future.”
