“Staff were friendly all the time and efficient when they could be. By that I mean there is only one till . Why. There were three staff members serving, one of those on the till, the other two apologising to customers because they would have to wait for the one and only till. Mean while , customers who were coming into the shop were being advised that there would be a slight delay until they could be served. I noticed a couple of people walk out when told that. Disappointing.. I waited just under 10 minutes for my item to be rung up at the till. You don’t expect service like that. Not in this day and age. Invest in more tills. Keep everyone happy.”
