“My Husband and I visited the Hastings store today. We were immediately served after entering the shop. The gentleman who served us quickly located what we wanted. After collecting suitable packaging, payment was quick and easy to complete. We were wished a pleasant evening by the gentleman. We were pleased with the service. Thank you.”

“Despite saying they were going to phone when my ring came in, my wife luckily noticed an email in her junk file saying it had arrived.we went to collect it only to find it didn't fit because the wrong size had been sent. They messed about for 15 minutes then sent us away still non the wiser when the correct size ring will arrive”
