Ever since George Henry Hinds opened our first store in 1856, we’ve built our reputation on family values.

Now run by the sixth generation of Hinds members, we have over 1,000 incredible staff across 118 stores and our Uxbridge HQ. They may not all share the Hinds name, but they’re all part of the family. And that family feel is what makes the service we offer you so personal.

“The window displays attracted me while I was waiting in the street. I returned another day to buy a watch and found the staff friendly and welcomed me to the shop. I bought a watch with the minimum of fuss and found the counter staff to be efficient and they offered me every extra connected to the watch. I would shop here again.”

“My Husband and I visited the Hastings store today. We were immediately served after entering the shop. The gentleman who served us quickly located what we wanted. “Despite saying they were going to phone when my ring came in, my wife luckily noticed an email in her junk file saying it had arrived.we went to collect it only to find it didn't fit because the wrong size had been sent. They messed about for 15 minutes then sent us away still non the wiser when the correct size ring will arrive”
