“I had a battery replaced in my watch. They did it on Monday. Years ago I paid for a lifetime replacement and it works. Very good service and helpful staff. I don't see that the following two questions are relevant to me.”

“WOULDN'T BUY FROM AGAIN!!!!!!!! Brought a engagement ring that broke within six weeks because of a manufacturing defect, and was only offered a cheap fix no refund, replacement or vouchers. Customer services are absolutely useless and rude.... wouldn't recommend at all.”
