“I recently bought a wedding for myself and my wife to be. When we received our rings we tried them for size,my wife to be grateful fit. Mine however was extremely tight and I struggled to remove it. I ask the assistant if it was size(x) he got the ring gauge and said yes. I feel that I should have asked what size the ring was then I could have at least said that the size was wrong. Now I'm stuck with a ring that doesn't fit. The assistant said you may be able to get it stretched, but it nay ruin the pattern. I feel that perhaps this ring is not the size I ordered.”

“Great service, really helpful staff go the extra mile. Unfortunately I had to go to a branch 40 mins away as they couldn't transfer items less than £30 to my local branch, but the staff in each branch were incredibly helpful.”

“The staff in F.Hinds Tonbridge (2 ladies) were really helpful to my friend and I today. They were professional and very friendly and happy to show us a selection of watches and chains.
