“I called to reserve earrings, lovely Marie held them on a no deposit and set up my account. She was extremely helpful and polite. Collected them the next day, same amazing service. Staff polite and took time to check I liked my choice, no rushing excellent 5 star service”

“Purchased a bracelet for my daughter for Xmas and unfortunately it was too big for her dainty wrist. However, despite the refund/return window expiring, customer services were incredibly kind and understanding and allowed me to exchange it for a smaller sized different bracelet. They even notified the store to let them know beforehand so that there would be no issues exchanging it. Beautiful little presentation box too at no extra cost. Staff lovely and helpful.”

“l left my watch with a gentleman to enable him to put in a new battery and was told it would be around an hour so l returned at the appointed time and was served by a lovely lady and received my watch with the new battery and the correct time on the dial. They were both lovely people and very efficient and polite and comfortably chatty.”

“VISITED WOKING STORE LOOKING FOR A 21ST BIRTHDAY GIFT. STAFF INSTORE WERE VERY PLEASANT, APPROACHABLE AND MOST HELPFUL. THE LADY HELPED FIND A WONDERFUL CHARM BRACELET AND ATTACHED A SEPARATE ITEM TO THE BRACELET (21 KEY). SHE BROUGHT TOGETHER A GIFT WHICH I HADN'T EVEN HOPED FOR.. SOMETHING UNIQUE AND BEAUTIFUL JUST LIKE MY GRAND DAUGHTER. MY GRAND DAUGHTER IS OVER THE MOON WITH IT.”
