Ever since George Henry Hinds opened our first store in 1856, we’ve built our reputation on family values.

Now run by the sixth generation of Hinds members, we have over 1,000 incredible staff across 118 stores and our Uxbridge HQ. They may not all share the Hinds name, but they’re all part of the family. And that family feel is what makes the service we offer you so personal.

“Staff noticed my arrival as soon as I entered and asked how they could help. They listened, and couldn’t have been more accommodating. I came out to the store as I wanted to look at physical items and not just buy online. The staff member who assisted me, answered all my questions and let me looks en try several watches and its interactions like this that remind me of what customer service should be. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.”
