“Very professional service offered. Acknowledged as soon as we went into store and was directed to a diamond specialist who gave us lots of information. Product had to be returned as to big, but store dealt with this really quick as item has been sent off to be resized. Will always return if I’m looking to purchase jewellery in the future.”

“I went to Hinds after looking for 2 watches to add to my collection. I found two that matched exactly what I was looking for. One analogue and one digital. I was greeted warmly and asked what I was looking for. I pointed out the two timepieces and was shown them close up. Indeed they were exactly what I was looking for. The staff were always keen to see that I had the timepieces I wanted, and were duly packed in their respective presentation boxes. Good service, attentive staff and I left with the watches I was looking for. Highly recommended.”

“The best jewellers ever, so helpful, efficient and really customer-minded to assist in any way. I went to another, supposedly reputable jeweler's once and had to take a bracelet back 3 times (value £750.00). Only Hinds helped immediately. I will not use any other jewellers apart from Hinds in High Wycombe.”
