“VISITED WOKING STORE LOOKING FOR A 21ST BIRTHDAY GIFT. STAFF INSTORE WERE VERY PLEASANT, APPROACHABLE AND MOST HELPFUL. THE LADY HELPED FIND A WONDERFUL CHARM BRACELET AND ATTACHED A SEPARATE ITEM TO THE BRACELET (21 KEY). SHE BROUGHT TOGETHER A GIFT WHICH I HADN'T EVEN HOPED FOR.. SOMETHING UNIQUE AND BEAUTIFUL JUST LIKE MY GRAND DAUGHTER. MY GRAND DAUGHTER IS OVER THE MOON WITH IT.”

“Popped into your Great Yarmouth store on the off chance that I could get a very sentimental piece of jewellery mended. Your lovely member of staff (so sorry. Didn’t catch her name) was polite, friendly and efficient. She explained the services to me well and within ten minutes my necklace had been mended and was back round my neck. Your assistant even apologised for it taking so long even though ten short minutes wait meant the world to me just to get my necklace mended. This is the second time I have been served by this lady and she is a real credit to your company. Many thanks I am eternally grateful !”
