“I was gifted a ring for Christmas which was not from F. Hinds and I loved it but it was just a bit too small. I took the ring in for a resize and was delighted to find out F. Hinds were happy to take my ring and resize it even though they were not the ones who supplied it. The lady talked me through the whole process and gave me a promise date as to when I’d receive the ring back and it was back a week earlier than anticipated. I was also very happy to find my ring had been cleaned and polished upon collection and it fit me perfectly I was so so happy.”

“The necklace did not arrive when it was supposed to, so I made the trip into town unnecessarily. On the receipt it stated that I would be informed if the collection date would change, but that didn't happen. So I collected it 6 days later than I should. Disappointed with only 1 choice of box to keep it in. The staff were friendly though and the necklace beautiful.”
