“I recently visited Dalton Park, after walking past Chapelle. I had a sneak peak at eternity rings for our Silver Wedding anniversary. We've been looking for a year, I found the most perfect match to my other rings. Beautiful quality, great service, delivery to store within a week for collection for the correct size. This is my 3rd ring from Chapelle, whilst in store I also picked up some sale items for gifts such a frames etc. I get a 12 month warranty from day of collection and free polish & rohidium dipping which I will take advantage of. One thing I would change, is bring out an app and a log in account on the website for Chapelle. Distinctly laking behind any other provider. It's a good way for customers to keep track of orders/receipts/g'tees. Send some discount codes out too everyone likes an extra bargain! Thanks again!”

“We were well recieved by friendly staff and were told all three watches we needed refitted with new batteries woud be ready at a set time and they were ready cleaned and reset to the correct date etc.,”
