“Visited Chapelle at Clark’s Retail Outlet and were helped by Doreen M. We chose a silver bracelet for a wedding day bridal gift and Doreen took the trouble to get out all the silver bracelets in stock so that we could pick the right one. She also offered the gift bag option which we accepted. Doreen M was friendly and engaging, a great example of how customer service should be.”
