About F.Hinds:

Independent and family-run, right from the start.

Ever since George Henry Hinds opened our first store in 1856, we’ve built our reputation on family values.

Now run by the sixth generation of Hinds members, we have over 1,000 incredible staff across 118 stores and our Uxbridge HQ. They may not all share the Hinds name, but they’re all part of the family. And that family feel is what makes the service we offer you so personal.

From diamonds to gemstones, gold to silver, watches to clocks and gifts to collectibles – we’ve been offering high-quality jewellery at affordable prices for nearly 170 years.

“Staff were very friendly and helpful. I chose a diamond ring online. Went to the shop in Bromsgrove and picked it out of the window. I was told it was the wrong one that I chose on line which I didn’t notice until I was told, so I nearly bought the wrong one. Thank you”

“Spent £550 on a watch and only got a plastic carrier bag. Wasn't happy. Then spent £258 on a watch as a gift at H Samuel the same day was given a lovely gift bag to put it in. It's the little things that make the difference.”
