“We went into the Uxbridge store on Saturday 4th November and had a lovely customer service experience, I can't recall the name of the lady who helped us but she was very friendly, helped properly size my ring finger that I feel confident in selecting an appropriate size for my engagement ring and the options I have to re-size if needed. Prior to coming into F.Hinds, we had gone around all the other 3-4 jewellery stores in Uxbridge and no one else gave the level of service we expected for such a large purchase or ring shopping. We're very happy with our purchase as a result”
