“I wanted a gift for my wife, so I came into your Taunton shop to buy something. I was pleased that I found something that was appropriate, but disappointed that I had to buy a pendant on a chain, to be able to get the pendant, then a separate chain, because the original chain was both too short and too fragile. I would have expected that a reasonable solution would have been available, so that I could "trade up" the chain, rather than being compelled to buy two chains, when I only needed one.”
