“The young man was very helpful and friendly when I purchased my watch. There was a problem when I went to pay but they rang me when it was sorted whe on going back to the shop everything was sorted and I left the shop happy with my purchase.”

“Quick and easy to order online. Earrings arrived damaged, but no problems with sending a replacement. In fact I was quite shocked and had to prompt the advisor that I would send in a photo of damaged earrings. He was "yeah OK if you want" attitude and told me to throw away damaged earrings! I checked in store if this was OK, they said not really what we would advise! I am still waiting for replacement earrings, obviously they don't send them next day delivery (like I had paid for for the original pair!)”
