Ever since George Henry Hinds opened our first store in 1856, we’ve built our reputation on family values.

Now run by the sixth generation of Hinds members, we have over 1,000 incredible staff across 118 stores and our Uxbridge HQ. They may not all share the Hinds name, but they’re all part of the family. And that family feel is what makes the service we offer you so personal.

“The staff did not know how I could control the chimes on a clock and then I had to remind them that I was due a £10 gift card as I had spent more than £50 although this offer was splashed all over your windows.”

“The sales assistant was very nice and gave excellent service. We had chosen something and she informed us that we could get a £10 gift card if we spent just £2 more and so we bought a silver cleaning cloth which was just perfect.”
