“Both staff I dealt with were very helpful in reviewing the options regarding the replacement of my watch battery and sending it back to the central office. They were detailed in explaining how the procedures have changed since I was initially given the lifetime battery guarantee. No changes necessary. Re the question below, I actually went into the store.”

“Always top of the list in my family for watches , jewellery etc. my wife has a wedding ring purchased from youselves . And I have just purchased a citizen watch at half price which is excellent value. My two daughters have there eyes on necklaces and earrings for this Christmas. Your staff were extremely knowledgeable in all aspects when I purchased my latest watch , staff were attentive at all times. Looking forward to visiting you this Christmas, and please thank staff for all there help when I purchased my watch and my wife also purchased a leather strap for her own watch……”

“We were looked after by Louise at the Telford store who couldn’t have been more polite and helpful. Out of all the jewellery shops we’d been to that day, she was the first to make us feel welcome. We were looking for an engagement ring and no matter how many we asked to look at, it was never an issue. My partner picked out two she liked the look of but Louise brought out a third random ring that ended up being the one she fell in love with. When we came back in to collect the ring a week later, she instantly recognised us and came over for a chat and to ask how we were, and also the young man that served us to give us the ring (not sure of his name sorry!) was also very pleasant and polite. Thank you for making our visit so pleasant and for finding us the perfect ring!”

“The lady in Hinds was extremely helpful. I had bought some watches in an auction, and took them in to get new batteries, etc. She could not have been more knowledgeable and lovely. Unfortunately, it was her last day of working with Hinds, so when I go back to collect one of the watches which has been sent away for service, she will not be there. I hope her replacement is as nice! (Horsham branch)”
