“Eleri at your Queens Arcade store was really helpful. We were looking for wedding band, she has shown us all options that met criteria. It was really easy to find our correct sizes and she also offered to order them to a store closer to where we live. We were really stressed about buying the right rings but it was all done in 20 minutes and we left very happy.”

“Excellent service really pleased with the watch I ordered for my Godson it arrived within 2 days. Just disappointed when I picked the watch up that no bag was provided I would have had to pay 10p for a basic carrier. I have always received a bag when purchasing an item of Jewellery from anywhere. Just think this is poor when I have spent over £100.”
