“This company will not get another penny from me. I was advised to reserve a written transcript for "Seeing Auschwitz" as I wouldn't be able to access the spoken words on my phone from the QR codes. Unfortunately, Customer Services were completely uncooperative, and I just kept getting fobbed off. After several attempts, I gave up. I couldn't contact anyone, I couldn't get a refund, my ticket was wasted.”
“Impossible to communicate with them if you have a query. Cannot actually speak to anyone and emails pointless. Just their standard replies that don't give an answer. A query then escalates to a complaint, but there's no one to complain to. Never again.”
“I was trying to apply a voucher to my order but it took my payment anyway. Customer service is no help as they won't refund, even though I supplied a screenshot of the tickets still in my cart.
I had a previous bad experience and was trying to use the funds in my account. I will never use Fever again. A very poor example of customer service.”
“***BE CAREFUL!!*** App is used to order tickets for several different events but they have numerous complaints and issues regarding ppl losing their money and not being able to actually see the event. (You can see multiple complaints on the BBB website). I also paid $140 for 2 tickets to an event we couldn't make it to because our family got covid but Fever would not reschedule or refund anything due to their "Terms". They just didn't care. Pls go check out complaints before purchasing. Thx”
“They offered me a voucher and a voucher is not valid. I've asked for help several times by e-mail and chat. They always say they will solve it. One week later, still waiting on a reply.”
“I purchased 3 tickets for the 'Candlelight: The Best of Joe Hisaishi' event and gave it as a gift to my mother and partner. We drove 45 minutes to the event and there was no parking on the premises, so we had to park 2 blocks away from the venue. Upon our arrival, the security guard refused our entrance because we were 5 minutes late. I let them know that I'm pregnant and my foot is sprained, so it took me longer to walk from my vehicle to the event. They said no apologies for the inconvenience and hand out business cards with a scan code and their customer service telefone number and informed us to call and request a refund. I've asked and confirmed with the receptionist, ticket holder and security guard if we would be able to get a refund and the three tickets, and they all confirmed and said 'yes, just contact our customer service and request your refund'. I've phoned the customer service shortly after and the lady on the phone requested my information and promised to callback within 2 hours to confirm the refund transaction, but she never did. The same day, after 3 hours, I’ve received a short email stating that they would not be able to process my refund because of 'Failure to attend an experience or the commission of an error during the acquisition of the tickets are not valid grounds to get refunded.' although, I have attended the event and was denied entrance and had no issues during or regarding the acquisition of our three tickets. I've responded to their email requesting an explanation and a refund, once again, and they have sent a short response saying that latency is not acceptable and the refund or nothing else could be done for me. Now, this experience was not only extremely frustrating because ive planned and purchased 168 CAD in 3 tickets, but I've also planned, drove 45 minites to the event and walked for over 7 minutes with a sprained foot and pregnant juat to be denied entrance with no apologies or accommodation or refund. Their customer service was poor from the moment we arrived to their venue, to the call I had with their customer service phone line and to the 2 emails they have exchanged with me. I've never heard or experienced a situation where one is denied entrance because of a 5 minutes latency. This shows their lack of care and respect for clients time, effort and money!”
“This is the worst most unprofessional company I’ve dealt with in forever. I booked an event in Los Angeles, you know the city where booking an event mean’s hotel, dog sitter etc. Then got an email THE DAY BEFORE saying it’s been cancelled. Oh but the solution? Hey just pick another day. And I can’t find a contact anywhere. It’s so shady. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.”
“Bad customer service. Make me pay for double the booking fee even though I have been given a voucher for a change in dates. No flexibility in their refund policy either. Worst experience with any event organiser ever. I DO NOT Recommend going for any of their events unless you are 100% sure you will be attending the event on the day you booked and not expect any surprise changes due to any unforeseen circumstances.”
“The fraud of new year. We paid 180€, my wife and I, and we spend the new year in the middle of the road like two homeless. Because they didn’t have more space inside. And we where not the only two. A hundreds of people waited in the queue for hours and they didn’t let them in either.
We are really disappointed.”
“Customer service is terrible and I lost money I can’t get back. Bought Harry Potter enchanted forest tickets for a specific day and time, gave them as a Christmas gift and booked my hotel and flight just for fever to cancel my tickets and send me a generic email. They gave me a voucher but all the other times that were available “conveniently” went up in price so I had to spend even more money. I tried to speak to customer service who did not even address anything I said in my message and just gave me a generic answer saying I can rebuy the tickets for a new time. If you inconvenience someone and cancel tickets for an event you should be doing what you can to fix the issue I should not have to try and fix it myself and have to pay more money.
Also- I still have money on my account that’s just sitting there because their voucher system is absolutely awful and they had to create so many vouchers just to have to redo them. I would literally be requesting all my money back if I didn’t give these tickets as a Christmas present. This company seems like a scam where they just try to get you to spend more and more money. I have now spent over $200 on 2 tickets that were originally $56. Talk about a scam. Where is the rest of my money?”
“Nobody answers my messages sent 5 already they cancelled our Harry Potter Forest experience got a "voucher"what was not working tried to contact them no answer ,while I was trying to reschedule our tickets like they said I falled into the trap so they charged again so I lost 335 euros for 5 ticket.
Next stap is try to get a refound from PayPal if not working going to inform the police.”
“It was a nightmare trying to use vouchers on the site, it took hours, email chat never responded, finally had to get someone on the phone, and even then took him another 30 minutes to walk me through it!”
“I booked tickets for the Dali immersive experience in Boiler House, London as a Christmas gift for the whole family. My mum and sister came to visit from Poland, my husband finally had a day off from work, and I thought the exhibition would be a lovely Christmas activity to do together.
When we turned up at the venue on the Christmas Day, it turned out that the exhibition was closed. There were a number of other people waiting outside, all very confused, just to be told by a guard that "it's Christmas, the exhibition is closed today", despite the notification on the Fever's website saying: "we're now open". There was no way of speaking to anyone at Fever or the venue itself, other than sending an email, so we were compelled to leave with no clue as to what had just gone on. As it was a Christmas Day, there was no public transport available so we had had to take an Uber for 1 hour to get to the venue in the first place. As all cafes and restaurants in the area were closed, we ended up calling the Uber to drive us back home for another hour.
When I received a response from the Fever Team the following day, I was told that "we've notified all ticket holders that we were forced to postpone your session due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control, maybe the email did not reach you correctly". They said that my tickets were now fully flexible and I could use them whenever...After complaining, I was refunded the cost of the tickets but my request for a refund of the taxi fares to and from the venue was refused. Nothing else was offered to make up for the significant inconvenience and disappointment.
It is clear that Fever had made an error and failed to notify ticket holders of their tickets being cancelled. I would like to believe that any respectful company - which I used to think that Fever was - would own up to their mistake and take all steps possible to make up for it. Instead, I hardly managed to get an apology... Suffice to say, I will not book with Fever again and would advise others to steer away from this company too”
“Purchased tickets (to the tune of $400) to an event that my family and I planned to attend 1/1. Received confirmation of my tickets via email. Received an email on 12/23 stating that the booking I had for 12/23 was cancelled due to weather. I replied asking for clarification and was told "oh it's actually your booking for 1/1 that's been cancelled but that I could use the voucher to rebook" I immediately went to the Fever app and saw that they were still booking tickets for 1/1?! Umm, was told that they were cancelled due to "inclement weather" which is odd to begin with because it was more than a week away. I emailed AGAIN asking why my tickets were cancelled for that day and that booking was still taking place for that day but for later time slots than the one I had originally booked. The reply? "Oh that day is completely booked". Uh, is the event cancelled that day for bad weather or completely booked??? Because I ALREADY HAD TICKETS FOR THAT DAY!!!! I've been told they're cancelled due to weather AND that date completely booked (even tho the app is still accepting bookings). To say I'm upset is an understatement. My son is visiting from out of state and we all planned to make the 3+ hour drive for this event. I can find NO WAY to speak to an actual human just halfa$$ replies via email. So I've got $400 tied up in a "voucher" for an event that we PLANNED". Can't just "go a different day" when adults have things like jobs that need to scheduled around. I'd completely understand should it be weather related but I can't get a straight answer. I will NEVER go through the fever app again! You guys should be ashamed of yourselves! If I could leave zero stars, I would.”
“This app is appalling. Nothing short of customer theft. I booked two tickets for the Van Gogh experience and had no option but to use the app. When I tried to move the ticket time my original booking was cancelled and only one ticket confirmed. Thereafter they cancelled the rending ticket and inspite of reassuring me that I would have replacement vouchers none have berm received. Do it use.”
“I bought tickets months ago for an event and they told me as I was pulling in, that the event was canceled. I was told by Fever, I have to now pay extra money to reschedule. This is completely unacceptable.”
“Disappointed! I had to change my booking date for the Jurassic exhibition in London due to train strikes and not being able to travel.
I was charged another £10 booking fee to change the date after I've already paid the booking fee the first time. I do not think it is fair as the train strikes are out of my control...which means you're making £10 from each family that has to rebook due to train strikes which I'm sure there were quite a few!”
“They stole my MONEY!!!
The show that I was supposed to attend was cancelled during COVID pandemic. From then to now, I didn’t found a show that interested me so I didn’t have the opportunity to use the VOUCHER that was created during the pandemic. The money stayed with Fever and I didn't watch the show that piqued my interest. SCAMMERS!!! Stay away!”
