“The order process was slick and notification about delivery was good. The delivery firm let Fascias.com down but this was resolved quickly by Fascias. The products look good quality and I would certainly use Fascias.com again.”

“Product supplied and overall service was good but, living in the Western Isles, I know delivery costs can be an issue so I took the online option to get a forecast of the delivery charges for the goods being requested. The estimated cost was reasonable, so I confirmed the order - only to receive a 'phone call later advising me that there was to be a surcharge of £11+ because of where I live. That was more than treble the original estimate provided, and added around 30% to the overall cost of acquiring the goods!”

“I purchased plastic fencing from this Supplier. I arranged for a professional to install it. This pro has seen a few installations of plastic fencing before but all are by far inferior quality to the one supplied by Master Plastics (Facias.com). All in all, the fence looks spectacular and I would have no hesitation in recommending this Company to anyone thinking of making a purchase. A very professional Company with the needs of the Customer their top priority.”

“The order was delivered at 8.00am the goods were well wrapped to protect the uPVC surfaces. The driver unloaded the materials where asked. The materials (fascias and soffits)were in very good condition. They have been installed now so if fascias.com wish to remind me in a year or so I will report on their longevity! A very positive experience.”

“Items delivered did not resemble, picture shown on the Internet. No disclaimer or clause stated on actual product page. When I called to question this, I was advised pictures are only representative of items supplied. I was then pointed in the direction of the companies loose and open terms and conditions. Very let down and dissapointed.”

“I chose Fascias.com due to their better pricing than 2 other companies. The items were delivered within the specified time. Unfortunately 2 of the items were damaged, but they sent out new parts which I received next day - Great service!”
