“We ordered a conservatory after a lot of discussion with David. We needed it to be shorter and he assured me this could be done. Yes we did wait a bit longer than specified but David arranged a Saturday delivery for us as soon as it was ready. The instructions are not really up to the job but the staff were amazing, especially Rob and Chris, who talked my son through some of the steps. Good quality product for the price and I would have given five stars if the instructions were adequate.”

“The facials arrived damaged on the ends. The ends were covered in copious amounts of bubble wrap so must have been shipped with the damage. I had ordered sufficient lengths to be able to discard the damaged ends. The panels are quite fragile but of similar quality to other suppliers I have seen.”

“Order assembled and delivered very efficiently. However, slightly disappointed that plastic protective film to some lengths of rain water guttering was missing, especially as premium price had been paid to ensure gloss finish on guttering could be maintained through presence of film.”
