“I bought a new house about 18 months ago and had been meaning to replace a down spout guttering joint. I couldn't find a site with the same guttering and had almost given up when I came across Fascias. It was a revelation!! I easily found the product I needed. It was delivered very quickly and I had it fitted within 30 minutes of receiving it. It looks great....Oh how I wished I had found this excellent company before.”

“I've used this company on and off for a few years and while the prices for the products are very competitive, I often receive broken stuff. My recent order was for about £150 of guttering. One of the downpipes was cracked, a broken Union and a broken offset. I haven't taken this issue up with the supplier as it was quicker and easier to just go and buy them locally. I should add that I'm confident fascias.com would have rectified this issue as they have done in the past but if I'm doing a days work which is overrun into a second day because of a couple of broken fittings then it defeats the whole purpose of getting a good online deal. To conclude, my experience with this company is usually good and the service is good as is the product but maybe they need a new courier or increase their end product quality control.”

“Although this product is sturdy & practical for my fencing project , have found the boards DO NOT fit straight into my recently purchased slotted concrete post [travis perkins] will now have to spend a lot of time & energy grinding the slots so they will fit.”

“I have used master plastics before And recommend to my in-law.. The price is good but every delivery has damage, which is a shame, at one point my in-law had damage which could not be replaced as i was doing the install And he never checked the delivery so missed out on the 7 days period! But end damage can sometimes be saved With some jointing! Great products And great service.”

“Very good clear web site catalogue. Order processed and dispatched very quickly and goods arrived three days after order placed. Pricing competitive. Ten minutes on their web site achieved more than 2 hours crawling round the local DIY stores. Will definitely use again.”

“Received delivery on 04/08/15 on visual inspection package was in good order however on unwrapping I found the hollow capping to be split.and cracked sent e- mail to advise you and received reply from Robert Moore asking for a photo of the damaged item this was provided on 06/08/15 to date no further communication from your company Therefore not very pleased with your customer service”
