“now is 2 weeks since made a purchase and have received half of the materials ,they did not let me know what is hapening ,when i am going to get rest of the stuf ,service is not nice at all”

“Beast prices on the net, well packaged, my only gripe would be communication, there was a delay on my order due to poor availability on one of my items, this would not of been a problem if they had simply informed me of the delay, sure this will be rectified in future and would not hesitate to use again.”

“Great product and service I will definitely be using again my only criticism is that one of the facia boards were damaged when I opened it , although the boards were bubble wrapped it can only be due to poor handling , fortunately I was able to use the board as the damage was on a cut off length”

“Called masterplastics to make purchase, long waiting time to answer phone. Ordering was straight forward. Received item, and was damaged , called back no answer not happy as door needs to be fitted”

“Delivery arrived on time as per the email updates. One item was damaged in transit (awkward, long item) but a replacement was sent out within two days. I have used Fascias before and would recommend them and use them again without hesitation.”

“Nothing wrong with your company, everyone was polite and helpful..BUT, the haulage company you used was atrocious three days late on delivery and when i contacted them they just lied.. I had two men waiting on site doing nothing for two and a half days on promised deliverys, it cost me more in wasted wages than the price of the goods i ordered!”

“Quality of the Cast Iron effect guttering is excellent, couldn't be happier. The only slight negative was I had to ring to find when I was likely to receive order when hadn't heard anything after a few days. Some items out of stock so waited 3 weeks - would have been nice to have been advised when order placed.”
