Product supplied and overall service was good but, living in the Western Isles, I know delivery costs can be an issue so I took the online option to get a forecast of the delivery charges for the goods being requested.
The estimated cost was reasonable, so I confirmed the order - only to receive a 'phone call later advising me that there was to be a surcharge of £11+ because of where I live. That was more than treble the original estimate provided, and added around 30% to the overall cost of acquiring the goods!
