“Products were bought off eBay and were exactly as described and delivered very quickly. The company appears to be new to eBay and maybe their unfamiliarity is the reason the purchase in may Purchase History appears in strange, almost worrying format. This did not detract from the excellence of the transaction.”

“Communication ref Delivery: Poor. Inferior product. Ordered 31/8/15, heard nothing about delivery, I contacted company on 4/9 about when I would expect delivery, was told Wed 9/9. On 7/9 I Emailed to say I wouldn't be in and could delivery be re-rescheduled. No reply and delivered on the 8/9 when I wasnt in. Product inferior compared to similar product from another supplier (Professional Building Supplies) which has a white plastic foam interior which is more robust & not so easily damaged.”

“Website stated usually deliveries within 24 hours, i ordered on a Wednesday and it came the following Monday. There was also no option to pay next day delivery. When it was delivered i received no email saying it had been dispatched, and i wasn't at home on the day it came, so instead of phoning or re delivering they just left my whole delivery out the front of my house on the street - could of easily been taken by someone. The products that delivered were in good condition and well packaged and good value for money.”
