“Placed the order easily, had telephone feedback from the supplier about the order, confirming some details. It arrived on time on the date stated. The goods were as described on their web page. no drama's.”

“the skirting i ordered was damaged emailed the company and sent photos and have been told they are going to send out replacements so hopefully get them soon apart from that would use company again as this is the second time i have purchased from them”

“Good service but no info on Monday as to order status, after ordering on the Saturday. No answer to 0117 phone number either; it just rang & rang. However, the products all turned up quickly and were all correct & well-packed.”

“My on-line order for guttering was processed promptly and accurately, but two of the approximately 1 dozen pieces I ordered were broken or incomplete (missing rubber seal) on receipt. The small connecting pieces were packaged in a bag rather than a box which may have contributed to their damaged state, but not to a missing seal from a union. Credit to the company for sending the replacement part and an additional part I ordered (and paid for) by first class post with no charge for the postage of the additional part. I would definitely use them again, but hope for better packaging.”

“Excellent quality at an excellent price. Everything packed very carefully. All followed by quick delivery. Highly recommend. I think I've finished with the soffits, fascias and guttering, but if I need any more of their stuff, I'll certainly use them again. Just toying with the idea of a carport next year. These look to be very good.”

“Could not find plastic skirting in any of the local stores. Went online and found "fascias. com" who had every imaginable plastic product available. Ordered some 80mm skirting and it arrived as expected. Does the trick. No painting, easy to cut, easy to handle, easy to fix. doesn't shrink. doesn't warp, just simply sticks to the wall and looks good. No more timber of MDF products for me.”
