“Ordered upvc cladding which was delivered promptly and well packaged. Price very competitive compared to local wholesale upvc supplier but delivery was a bit steep at £12.99 for 2 x 5m lengths. All in all very satisfied”

“Package arrived safely in the early evening. Some of the ship-lap panels had some damage in transit, but as the panels had to be cut this was not a real issue. Overall the products supplied are of a good quality and i would have now concerns of using this company again in the future.”

“I am very disappointed, I didn't receive my entire order, as I was organising the jobs for a relative and never on site to check delivery there was a slight delay due to weather doing the render hence my carpenters turning up a week late. We are various items short and fascias.com refuse to address the matter. Please please check your delivery!! I am now out of pocket for materials and return visit for labour.”

“I am very impressed with the service I received from Fascias.com and the product supplied. I ordered a non standard size Berkeley door canopy which was delivered well within the 20 working day timescale. The canopy is very well made, very rigid and installation was easy. This has transformed the appearance of my property and there is no more tedious painting!”

“All started ok until I found that I had been advised incorrectly. E mailed and rang and spoke to the person that gave the advice but he was rude and completely denied the advice and said that I was an internet customer and tough. Did not try to resolve the problem at all. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!”

“the order was delayed. after speaking to management the order was finally sent out but it was a week after the order was placed. cost my wife a days wages having to stay in to accept the order. delivery driver dumped the order in the driveway, very poor service. was promised a refund on the delivery cost STILL WAITING......”

“This is an excellent product and very good value. Because of the flimsy and long nature of the delivered product my delivered pieces were very damaged along thin edges. I had purchased enough to allow me to finish my job but a lot had to be cut to waste. It may improve delivery condition if the customer could specify 2.5m lengths. F R Lockwood”
