“i order my stuff and no one bother to inform me that they haven't got every thing in stock then i called my self to find out about my order, they delivered the most items but don't know when remaining order come. very good price but unfortunately bad service.”

“Slow to deliver and left waiting for a return phone call that never happened. Emailed to say the roof would arrive on Monday but arrived on Wednesday. Book earlier than anticipated to get your goods to turn up on time. Came with no construction details but this was easily resolved by contacting the company and the details were emailed over. Now sat in my back yard as builder missed his widow of construction due to late delivery so cannot comment on ease of construction and quality.”

“Apart from a split delivery, the goods were delivered within three days, well protected with lots of bubble wrap. I would use Facia.com for any future purchases of polycarb and fittings.”

“Done a lot of business with this company over the years, but had problems with some skirting and had to return 3 lots as all scratched and not packed properly. Just ordered some window sill and money was taken but no goods. Spoke to them today and they said they would refund me because they would no longer do business with me after the skirting incident. Did not even have the decency to email me, so now I cannot do the job I was planning. Returning faulty goods cannot be my fault. So I now have my name blackened because they want to sell shoddy goods. Would give NO stars if possible!”

“Wrong instructions when rang for advice on widths of timber joists. Poor delivery service by the delivery company lorry was packed terribly and lots of other packages had fallen on mine damaging the bunt able areas like corners of the polycarbonate”

“I have purchased guttering and downpipe with all fittings. These are quality products at a very reasonable price. Delivery was speedy and again at a very reasonable price. I will certainly use this company again and will highly recommend them to anyone in need of their products. 10 out of 10 in my view!”

“The goods arrived on time, however there was a significant amont of damage to 1 of the 4 items purchsed, some could have been done during transit but some by the nature of the damage must have been there prior to shipping. Managed to get round this by cutting into smaller pieces then I woyuld have liked. Next time wil probably buy from local DIY shop where I can return if damaged.”
