“I bought this to replace an existing facia panel that had been damaged by tree branches and squirrels, it arrived on the advised day and was well and truly rapped to protect it. I have fitted it and it looks great.”

“I ordered brown guttering to replace my existing conservatory guttering. It arrived within a couple of days and it is now in place. The quality seems excellent and far more robust than the existing product. It was also cost a lot less then other manufacturers. I wish I had been aware of this guttering when I replaced the main house guttering.”

“Delivery was very quick. Product was as described. However both fascias where damaged at the ends, over the last 30cm, and and one place along the face. Didn't cause me a problem as I had over ordered, based on a simililar experience last time.”

“The companies prices are competitive and the website works well until you make an error in your order. It was a bit of a faff to correct. One thing that did let the service down is the carriers they use. Tufnells for the large packages and yodel for the small ones. I had two deliveries by Tufnells. Their parcel tracking is poor as when you contact them they will only speak to Fascias.com. Having done that no one from the company got back to me with the delivery date. Tufnells missed their delivery date and we just waited for them to turn up. Very poor. Yodel feared no better. Poor tracking and poor information on expected delivery dates. Their carriers are the Achilles heal of their service.”

“Complaint? Just minor, waiting on the telephone for someone to take the call is (or was) forever. Grumble over, really helpful staff who know their stuff. Very fast delivery, quality of goods exactly as I imagined. Colours on-line match excellently to real life. In all faultless. Other companies could learn from them! Well done guys!”

“Quick service - I ordered Wednesday afternoon and they had arrived when I got home from work the next day. Helpful when I needed to phone with an enquiry. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that (1) when they confirm your final price on the website it breaks it down in a way I've never seen before and found it confusing (hence having to call); and (2) the delivery charge of £15.99 for 3 skirting boards I thought a little excessive, especially when I've just had a dining table and chairs delivered for £9.99 delivery.”
