My on-line order for guttering was processed promptly and accurately, but two of the approximately 1 dozen pieces I ordered were broken or incomplete (missing rubber seal) on receipt. The small connecting pieces were packaged in a bag rather than a box which may have contributed to their damaged state, but not to a missing seal from a union.
Credit to the company for sending the replacement part and an additional part I ordered (and paid for) by first class post with no charge for the postage of the additional part.
I would definitely use them again, but hope for better packaging.
