“Having purchased from fascias.com before without any problems I decided to again. Unfortunately the delivery driver decided to drop off to my home address instead of the delivery address which was clearly stated and is 15 miles away. I lost a days money and had to pay a third party to pick up the goods and drop them at the correct address. Some of the soffit was scratched quite badly as it wasn't wrapped well. A shame as I've always rated them.”

“Delivery was on time, driver very helpful. The patio door itself, the size of the unit was not as ordered, it should have been 2020mm high, it came some 40mm short?. I ordered anthracite grey both inside and out, I expected all surfaces to be that colour but a number of surfaces were left white? why!!! The build quality is good. Overall happy with what I ordered but will have to spend more money to have the surfaces on show anthracite grey.”

“I was happy with the speedy arrival of my order except the roof vent was missing & had to contact you & then the delivery company to find out what had happened. I had a phone call the next day to inform me that it had been sent out separately & it arrived that day.”

“I put in the order notes that I would need a call to confirm the delivery date, so I could be at home. I had an email on Thursday 29th Sept saying Tuffnells would deliver the next day. I managed to work from home and accepted the delivery. Then later the same day I had a phone call asking me when I would like delivery. I was not told there would be 2 deliveries. This is now affecting my work as I have had to have 2 days working from home. It seems there is one delivery for the guttering and another for the car port itself. This was not made clear. If it was I could have delayed Tuffnells and had both deliveries on the same day. As for the product I have not yet fitted it.”

“Unfortunately I ordered wrong size of product and when I contacted your Sales Team within 10 hrs of placing the order to try and cancel the Delivery they were not interested and told me that the goods were on their way. The goods were delivered the next day. Surely they could have contacted Tuffnel and put a stop on the Delivery or asked Tuffnel to return goods to yourselves but they chose not to help The cost for me sending the goods back would be £55 so I'm now left with goods I have no use for, my fault yes but your customer service Team need to be more sympathetic.”
