“Using Yodel doesn't make me happy - they have a bad record at this house. On this occasion they did deliver but (I think) threw the parcel on the floor and broke a piece off one of the gutter joins. It isn't an important break and the piece will do the job just as well, and returning it would be a bind but I'm still very unimpressed by any firm that uses Yodel. So overall not all that happy.”

“Have an account with this company so ordering was quick and easy as long you know what you need. However my 300mm Fascia Board Joint Item# E300SQJSW were not received until two days after my originl order. I was complete with my project by than. Also had 300mm PVC-U Hollow Soffit Board - Tongue and Groove which had some damage on the middle edge but made it work when used item and was not very noticeable when fitted. Overall company has a lot to offer and would go back and buy their products which they have a wide range of plastic products.”

“We ordered an Evolution car port on 27.9.16 to be delivered on 5th or 7th October. These dates were on the order with a note that customer is to be advised. I received a phone call on 29th to say delivery was 1/2 hr away. I especially ordered delivery on 5th or 7th knowing someone would be here to arrange offloading. I had to help offload the car port even though I am not supposed to lift more than 2kg!!! He offloaded all the aluminium posts and when I asked where the polycarbonate was I was told it must be on another van. 5 mins later he returns saying the polycarbonate was in fact on the van. I was absolutely disgusted at the response I got when I phoned to say what had happened. I was asked "so we have messed up deivery?" When I said yes they had the response was "Oh" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No apology whatsoever. The product was excellent but a pity no decent instructions, really let it down.”
