“Excellent, speedy response to request. This sort of service is not always forthcoming with other firms. Hardly a break in the job whilst awaiting delivery. Many thanks.”

“I ordered stuff so it would arrive before the weekend and I could work on it then. It didn't and was late so I wasted the days I had set aside. I e-mailed about three times saying I won't be in when it's delivered so go through the back gate and leave everything in there. They didn't and a neighbour had to take it in instead which was inconvenient for them and embarrassing for me.”

“Biggest Beef-Watch out for delivery promise- they say 5 days but when chased said they say they are experiencing peak demand. It took 2 weeks. They said their courier doesn't delivery in the morning but the product turned up mid morning. They are clearly disorganised and have supply chain issues!”

“Looks really good. The product arrived well packaged and on time. Everything that was needed was there. Instructions were pretty easy to follow. Just a few points I would add to them as clarification or by way of advice.”
