“I ordered stuff so it would arrive before the weekend and I could work on it then. It didn't and was late so I wasted the days I had set aside. I e-mailed about three times saying I won't be in when it's delivered so go through the back gate and leave everything in there. They didn't and a neighbour had to take it in instead which was inconvenient for them and embarrassing for me.”

“Biggest Beef-Watch out for delivery promise- they say 5 days but when chased said they say they are experiencing peak demand. It took 2 weeks. They said their courier doesn't delivery in the morning but the product turned up mid morning. They are clearly disorganised and have supply chain issues!”
