I put in the order notes that I would need a call to confirm the delivery date, so I could be at home. I had an email on Thursday 29th Sept saying Tuffnells would deliver the next day. I managed to work from home and accepted the delivery. Then later the same day I had a phone call asking me when I would like delivery. I was not told there would be 2 deliveries. This is now affecting my work as I have had to have 2 days working from home. It seems there is one delivery for the guttering and another for the car port itself. This was not made clear. If it was I could have delayed Tuffnells and had both deliveries on the same day.
As for the product I have not yet fitted it.
