“Excellent service from a company providing good quality products at very ,very keen prices. The courier provider damaged a soffit board during delivery but Fascias.com replaced the item and was delivered next day. Overall an exceptional service.”

“worst service imaginable .after reporting a discrepancy on delivery was told the items would be resent. then told I was a business .and that had signed for items that were not there. have offered me 15% discount, if I reorder the items that I have not received .I have asked them to collect the original delivery. am asking for a full refund. Have sent my claim to my mastercard. would never buy from them again. what ever happened to customer satisfaction.no doubt this will not be posted on the reviews .”

“I opened my purchase on my living room floor after the delivery man refused to wait while I checked it saying he would put uncheck on his note pad. I started to assemble the item by fitting the upright sections into support rail, it was then I noticed upon picking second rail that it was bent with a damaged edge, which had a blood stain on it. I then checked all of it and found large severe scratch marks on both sides going all the way down. i then measured the uprights and found them to be fence length. I checked my order and found you had mixed up the order ref. i have repacked the item and I await your pickup. I would like a refund please. there were 2 people in my home at the time whom I pointed out the damage to, and are willing to help you in your enquiries. I am very disappointed in my purchase and trusted you deal with this matter with expedience. thank you. b edwards”

“The product was received quickly and economically. As I later found out, The discontinued width was replaced by the next size up at same price. This caused some confusion and explanation at the time would have been helpful.....but the matter is resolved satisfactorily.”
