“The goods arrived very quickly. But when I opened the package all five 5 meter boards were damaged and chipped. I sent photos and description of damage to fascia . but no reply. I had to use the damaged boards to secure my balcony. But they will need replacing asap. I will not be re ordering from here again.”

“Ordered on Saturday 2nd, back to work Mon 4th online states 24 hour dispatch. No goods arrived on the Tuesday telephoned and told it hadn't gone out because they were too busy and it would leave on the Wednesday ! Didn't leave on the Wednesday we called again, member of staff telephoned back to say will have to send alternative, arrived Friday. Slow service.”

“The word “Processing” is not enough when you need to know when you should be expecting your delivery. A number of day’s passed and no other information. I had to phone to find out that it’s normally 10 days delivery on this product. I did get a delivery date and the items arrived on the day and in good condition. Overall a good service. Thankyou.
