“We bought the 2mx5m 10mm roof kit to fit onto a wooden frame. It arrived within 2 days. It is very easy to fit and looks good. I'm now thinking about 2 other areas we could build lean to's. Very impressed...given the gales the first night after putting it up, and I'm hopeful it will survive the West Wales weather!”

“We ordered items online which showed to be in stock. After several attempts to follow up we were finally told that one of the items would not be available and for us to have a refund. This was not at all acceptable after waiting like a month, we decided to swap the item for one that was in stock which came promptly the next day - why were we not told this when we were chasing the order up earlier. Also why say online that items are in stock when they are not !! We were very frustrated with the whole process, until we got a guy who finally took ownership of the problem and sorted it out for us within half an hour.”
