“Ordered and then delivered on time, fitted vents and they are doing their job”

“Ordered some skirting at 2pm one day and it was delivered in perfect condition at 3 pm the next day. Goods were well packaged and protected, the service was better, faster and much easier than dealing with a high street supplier. Oh the skirting ? absolutely brilliant, looks fantastic and it's very easy to work and fix, more importantly my wife loves it too!”

“Ordered my roofing products on a Thursday and was told to expect delivery by the Monday.... Had to call and chase the order on the Wednesday...received it on the Friday”

“I ordered some gutter brackets from you on Dec. 12th, but as I did not receive any confirmation of the order, I assumed that you had not received it. So I re-ordered on 16th December. I still did not receive confirmation of the order, so thought that you had gone out of business. On checking my bank statement on 14th January, discovered that 2 payments had been made to you, so I phoned you. I could not get a reply, so phoned the Bristol office. No reply. So I phoned the Clevedon office, and was told that you had not gone out of business. I then phoned the online sales again, and was told that the order was dispatched that day. I only wanted one order, but have received and paid for two. It would cost more to return the unwanted order, than it is worth. Therfore, I am not very happy with your service, and would not recommend your company to anyone.”

“All items were delivered in reasonable wrapping and packaging, however on cutting and laying the materials they did not lay flat or straight in a couple of spots; warming and bending (gently) the strips has not been able to remove all undulations. I plan to use silicon to hold the strips in place which I hope will compensate. Colour of strips/trims is very clean and white though.”
