“Fast delivery at a good price point. Only minor comment is slight damage in transit to ends of some cladding lengths but not an issue for me as I had some slight wastage anyway. Need to consider protecting ends under bubble wrap? Otherwise very good service.”

“Our order on Monday 21/9/15 came in 2 parts. The first part arrived on Wednesday 23rd Sept and the second part not until Friday 25th Sept. Your sales employee, Rob, did his best chasing the delivery with Tuffnells and told me you send all orders next day delivery. It hurts to be charged £15 shippage for such poor service from your carriers. Please arrange to discuss refunding double the £15 and recovering it from Tuffnells due to the inconvenience caused to us. We certainly won't be using their services at any time, bearing in mind we had to be here from 8am to 6 pm for 3 days ! Roger Clemas M.D Berrow Developments Ltd”

“This is the second time I have used fascias.com for guttering. As previously, even for a comparatively small amount of FloPlast, it has worked out cheaper than collecting it from my local retailer, even adding in the carriage charge. The added bonus of getting 4m lengths of gutter rather than the 3m available locally means less joints as well. The delivery was very speedy, ordered Thursday and arrived first thing Monday, well wrapped and all present and correct (as before). I have no hesitation in recommending fascias.com.”

“Ordered rainwater goods on the 3/9/15 and there was 16 gutter brackets short in completing the order. We are now on the 21/9/15 and still waiting?? Not so good ! S McKillop”

“The quality of the components was on the whole very good. The delivery was requested for a specific date, and was delivered on that date, which was very good too. The only downside was that one of the gutter pieces was damaged, and so it needs to be exchanged. I have yet to contact Fascias.com about this though, as it's a pain to have to do. Apart from this it was all OK.”
