Communication ref Delivery: Poor. Inferior product.
Ordered 31/8/15, heard nothing about delivery, I contacted company on 4/9 about when I would expect delivery, was told Wed 9/9. On 7/9 I Emailed to say I wouldn't be in and could delivery be re-rescheduled. No reply and delivered on the 8/9 when I wasnt in.
Product inferior compared to similar product from another supplier (Professional Building Supplies) which has a white plastic foam interior which is more robust & not so easily damaged.
