“damaged goods, although two people came to deliver goods only one took it out of the van and clearly struggled with it being 5 meters long, it was well wrapped but the fascia obviously had abusive life as it was still the damaged through the packaging”

“Amongst other items, I ordered 2x 5m lengths of Facia Cover Board - Not the easiest things to deliver by standard carriers. One of the boards arrived with multiple impact marks along its full length, caused by careless handling in transit. A short email was quickly responded to, and the same day a replacement board was on its way. This level of customer service and support is impeccible, and I will certainly use facias.com again with full confidence. I unreservedle commend them to anyone looking for the top quality products they supply.”

“Ordered on line and delivery was a day later than promised (by the carrier, NOT by Fascias). Exactly the right item and fitted before the rains came. Happy to say that rainwater has now been collected which would have been impossible without Fascias.com. Thank you.”

“Would have been 5 stars but for one criticism. I received an email when my item was dispatched by Hermes which contained what I assumed was a tracking number. I put this into the Hermes tracking system but it did not recognise it. I replied to Fascias.com requesting they check/confirm the number to be correct but I received no reply.”
