Would have been 5 stars but for one criticism. I received an email when my item was dispatched by Hermes which contained what I assumed was a tracking number. I put this into the Hermes tracking system but it did not recognise it. I replied to Fascias.com requesting they check/confirm the number to be correct but I received no reply.
